"The Manawa Snodeo started as a family affair back in 2007 with little more than a passion for snowmobiles and a love for winter fun. There were no fancy forms or official systems—just a handful of dedicated volunteers, a picnic table, and a handwritten list of race classes. Trail riders from all over Waupaca County showed up to race on a simple 2-mile slalom track, bringing their enthusiasm and competitive spirit to what would become the start of something truly special.

   We learned as we went—listening to racers, figuring out how to run a safe and exciting event, and building on that experience year after year. Each season brought new ideas, better organization, and bigger crowds.

Today, the Manawa Snodeo has grown into what many now call “The Best Show on Snow.” With four unique tracks running simultaneously and racers coming from across the country, the Snodeo has become a winter tradition that celebrates the thrill of racing, the dedication of volunteers, and the joy of community."
